On PBS, of course! They just don't DO quality
filming like this on the major and cable networks.
The concluding episodes begin here this coming
Sunday evening on Masterpiece Theater and
we can't wait!!
If you loved any of the Jane Austen presentations,
you'll LOVE this!

I've watched Season One, but so want to see Season Two. It'll probably be my Netflix choice when it becomes available.
Diane,
I loved this series! Thanks for letting us know that it will be on again.

My daughter Mandy watches PBS regularly...she was just telling me about this particular show. I'll make sure to remind her about it being on this Sunday.
Enjoy your time watching it Diane!
I loved Season 1 and am most definitely planning on viewing Season 2 - can hardly wait! We've been watching lots of BBC period dramas over the holidays, all fabulous....
I agree, this series is so beautifully done. We can hardly wait for Sunday night. Another great one that I was given for Christmas is Lark Rise to Candleford, and there are four seasons!
Oh, I can't wait! I watched the last series and fell in love with it and had to have it on DVD to watch again. lol I'm so excited for next Sunday. Masterpiece is wonderful, isn't it?
I'd watch it if it was shown here. I don't see it on my lineup :(
Happy New Year, blog friend!!
I can't wait to get started on season 1!! Thanks for talking about this show:)
This is a favorite of mine - love the story line, the costumes, the history. One of the very best I've seen over the years.
I Am!! I Love this PBS Series! At the End of the First Season I was Searching threw the DVD Box trying to Find another Disk because Surely it Could Not End that Way!I was relieved to Find Out that Season 2 is Starting Next Weekend! I Love Maggie Smith in this! She is such a Character!

I live in Denmark, and have had the possibility to see season 1 and 2, behind the scenes show and the Christmas Special, and I must say that the people behind the serie have done a wonderful job, so it is going be a long time to wait for season 3 which will be ready in the fall 2012.

I have really enjoyed this series too! I visited Highclear castle last summer and it was so thrilling to be where Downton is filmed!
My British friends are teasing me with the fact that they have seen the new season...can't wait to see that!
I am glad you are enjoying it as well.
Did you get my message that you won my CD giveaway? Send me your address and I will send it off to you : )
Hugs,
Terri
I'll be watching. Loved Season 1, and no doubt Season 2 will be just as great. One of the reasons I support PBS, this and Antiques Roadshow!
PBS has been our channel of choice especially on Sun. evenings with all the wonderful Masterpiece Theatre programs.
I will be sitting in my chair with knitting in my lap waiting for it to start. Yup still knitting scarves for the Special Olympics. This will probably be my last as they have to be sent out next week.
Hugs
