Busy but relaxed.....

New Year's Resolution:
DE-stress whenever possible.
Prescription:
Crochet.
Project: Afghan for my daughter, Danielle.

No, it's not fancy. It's a granny rectangle.
But there's a reason for "not fancy".
Stress-free. Fun. Automatic. Busy work.
And oh-so-comforting.
And I know it will be loved and appreciated.

"not fancy" needlework/craftwork can be just as therapeutic as a "not fancy" dish of mac and cheese (and a lot less fattening!)

Oh Diane! I'm so glad too I met you!!! I popped by a couple of times over the last week or so, to see what you were up to, but had no time to comment as I'm super busy painting (you might have read my news on my blog ;)). Sorry!
May your New Year be joyous and filled with everything your heart desires!
Your squares are really lovely, I should try them to de- stress too ;)
Hugs!
