STAY COMFY AND WARM!

I hope the holiday rush is over for you
and that you can snuggle up under a quilt in
your favorite comfy chair with a good book,
a glass of wine or a cup of hot chocolate,
and enjoy the rest of the week
sans stress!

My comfy chair is all decked out in
holiday colors. My basket of yarns is at
my side, a mystery novel at the ready,
but....only for evenings.
Art licensing calls this morning!
So it's back to the paints for me and
I'm looking forward to painting the
calendar image I need to complete
the project. Then on to another one!
I'm blessed to love my job.
I hope you are too if you have to go
back to the daily grind today.

I've had my "daily grind" already -
a cup of Starbucks brewed in our
French press. And on the side we
had pumpkin scones from our own
oven....
Jazzed and ready to go!
Merry Christmas!

I can't wait to buy one of your calendars next year! I know it will be a joy to view your art all year long. I don't have to go back to the grind until tomorrow so I am cuddled on the sofa with my sidekick Sophie enjoying a little computer time. Happy painting!

I love Boxing Day - it's almost like New Year's Day for me...everything I have to do is done, leftovers in the fridge and a whole day stretches in front of me, waiting to be filled with whatever I want.
Have a fun day!

Hi Diane, I will anxiously await your new calendar for one year. I just ordered my 2012 on line for half price this time.
My comfy spot is also like yours. Started a new crochet throw for my shoppe, books on hand to complete, Prince of Wales tea ready to sip and a cozy throw to cuddle up. Lots of plans for the new year. You sound like you are off to an amazing start. Isn't is awesome to love our jobs? Best wishes to you for a grand new year filled with many blessings.
Hugs from Texas, Celestina Marie

Comfy chair is armed and ready..... but missing some delightful scones and coffee! I'll have to see what I can do about that. :)

Enjoy you painting.... so WE can enjoy your painting!

Can't wait to see your Calender! It Truly is a Blessing to be doing the Things you Love as a Career!
The other Day I was in the Fabric store with My Youngest Katelyn. I was telling her that my Friend Diane Designs Fabrics. She thought that was Really "Cool Mom". That is a Score of 10 out of 10 for a Teenage Girl! Lol!
Have a Wonderful Day!
